Gattouz0 Platform Terms & Conditions
Please read this document carefully before using any services provided by gattouz0. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the gattouz0 platform via the website or any mobile device, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the gattouz0 management. This platform is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
Gattouz0 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to register one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without any compensation.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. gattouz0 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and may request supporting documents where necessary. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms.
You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you are aware of it. Contact our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Users are prohibited from:
- Using the platform for any purpose that contravenes Malaysian law
- Distributing harmful, disruptive, or deceptive content to other users
- Attempting to hack, compromise, or manipulate the platform's systems
- Using automated software (bots) to access or interact with the platform
3. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the gattouz0 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include local online banking, FPX, and approved e-wallets. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary and will be displayed when you process a transaction.
Gattouz0 is not responsible for any delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers. Any fees or charges imposed by banks or payment providers are the responsibility of the user.
For withdrawal purposes, the registered bank account must be in the same name as the gattouz0 account holder. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted. gattouz0 reserves the right to require additional verification steps before approving any withdrawal, including the submission of identity documents.
Any attempt to transfer funds using unauthorised methods — including dishonest chargebacks or disputing transactions with your bank without valid grounds — will be treated as fraud and may result in account termination and legal action.
4. Liability Limits & Account Policies
Gattouz0 provides this platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties or guarantees. The platform may experience temporary disruptions due to technical maintenance, system failures, or circumstances beyond our control. gattouz0 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from such disruptions.
Gattouz0's liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. gattouz0 is not liable for any loss of profits, indirect losses, or consequential damages.
Account Suspension & Closure
Gattouz0 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that:
- The user has breached any of the terms set out in this document
- Fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour has been detected on the account
- The user has registered multiple accounts
- The user provided false information during registration or the verification process
In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at gattouz0's discretion, depending on the nature of the violation.
5. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the gattouz0 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of gattouz0 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without written permission from gattouz0.
The gattouz0 brand name and trademarks may not be used in any context by any third party without prior written approval. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

This platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for convenience, and gattouz0 does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access third-party sites at your own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Gattouz0 reserves the right to review and update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Users are advised to check this page periodically for any changes. The latest effective date will always be displayed at the top of this document.
Where changes are material in nature, gattouz0 will endeavour to notify users via an in-platform notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform following such notice constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
